Cask sample. Racy and sleek. Lots of fruit but the dominant impression is one of Chablis character ! Very juicy and gouleyant. Some green fruits.

Cask sample. Richer than Vaillons and maybe less characteristically Chablis. Dense undertow. But a little flattering, which is perhabs not what one wants from a Chablis.
