2025 – A vintage shaped by the climate

The harvest took place from August 27 to September 4.

Harvests began on August 27 with our Premiers Crus and Grands Crus, all harvested between August 27 and 31, before the rain. The campaign concluded on September 4 with our Chablis Village parcels.

The 2025 harvests in figures :
9 days of cutting, 30 pickers, 34 plots harvested.

At this early stage, our wines are pure and beautifully balanced. It is shaping up to be a classic Chablis vintage.
