sensory evaluation: Generous nature of this bottle tasted by JPR Lede oenologist and Georges Pertuiset President of the French Sommelier association, Bernard and Samuel Billaud winegrowers

Appearance: Magnificent white-gold yellow cloak, slight pale-green
                     reflection.Brilliant, luminous and clear.

Palate: Blending with the nose, the attack is young and high-spirited,
the mellowness steps somewhat aside from the liveliness of fruit, lemon, grapefruit, apple, fern, menthol pine combining with iodine mineral. The finish is fresh and lively, a quenching wine.

The Nose: Generous, crisp and lively on ripe fruit with not a hint of green.
The true nature of the Chardonnay in Chablis is given full measure in the expression of lemon, white flowers against an iodine mineral content.

Wine/food harmony: through its simplicity and candour,it is an appetizer, an aperitif par excellence. To be enjoyed between friends before dining. Delicatessen hams, cheese savouries are an ideal complement for this wine.

Serving temperature:
10 to 12° as an aperitif
13 to 14° to accompany fine food
