Domaine Billaud-Simon is a small quality producer in the
heart of the town Chablis. The vinery has approximately 20
hectares of vines of which 80 % is a Grand Cru or Premier
Cru and was founded in 1815 . This winery has gone from
average to a star and vintage 2000 is the best yet. The
wines are rich, generous and modern with a fine structure
and delicious citrus acid. Wonderful that we finally have these wines in Sweden !
