| Appearance: Very pretty golden yellow in colour shaded with gentle pale green. Bright, luminous and limpid. | ||

Palate: The taste is wonderfully pleasing, yielding softness, strenfht, fruit, richness and minerals in a harmonious, pleasant and sensitive universe. The fresh, delicate, mentholy fruit on the finish remains with us for a long while. |

| The Nose: The nose is full and generous. In full maturity - warm, soft buns and sorbet fruit - apple, pear, lemon ... spellbounding . Vanilla joins with liquorice, citronella and anise in a happy dance. | ||
