Appearance: Rich golden cloak with green reflection, brilliant 
                     and clear. The appearance of youth.

Palate: Powerful and full-bodied, a combination of ripeness, freshness and generosity in a perfect blend of balanced fruit, mineral and oak. A finish with subtle shades of toast, vanilla, spice and fruit; candid, rich and generous on the palate, combining honeyed lemon and iodine mineral.

The Nose: Honeyed, toasted hazelnut on fresh fruity notes, lemon verbena, vervain, menthol on honeysweet base...Discreet oak enrobed with vanilla and toast.

Wine/food harmony: Pike in crayfish bisque – Sautée 
d'escalope of foie gras on bed of honey – Cassolette-baked creamed cheeks of monkfish  – Guinea-fowl with gammon and sweet peppers – Quail terrine – Fromage frais and matured cheeses -  Wild peach salad and pistachio brioche – Lemon meringue pastry..  

Serving temperature:
10 to 12° as an aperitif
13 to 14° to accompany fine food
