Appearance: Magnificent yellow and white-gold cloak with slight green reflection.
                     Brilliant, luminous and clear.

Palate: Ample and generous, as nourishing as it is refreshing.
The powerfulness of fruit is lengthened by buttery mellowness and acidity which restore perfect balance.The finish, which blends very delicate vegetative and mineral notes, is gentle and lingering, long accompanying the memory of this precious moment, the rare, magic moment of a very fine wine.

The Nose: A bursting forth of richness and ripeness. Here we are in the Garden of Eden: mango, litchi, pink grapefruit, peach and lemon verbena compete with aromas of spice... the warmth of exoticism  with a fresh breeze.

Wine/food harmony: Sautée d'escalope of foie gras on bed of honey – Fillet of John Dory with chervil butter - Cassolette-baked creamed cheeks of monkfish  – Guinea-fowl with gammon and sweet peppers – Quail terrine – Ham and cheese savouries - Fromage frais and matured cheeses -  Wild peach salad and pistachio brioche – Lemon meringue pastry..

Serving temperature:
10 to 12° as an aperitif
13 to 14° to accompany fine food
