| APPEARANCE: Very pretty golden yellow in colour shaded with gentle pale green. Bright, luminous and limpid. | |||||||||
| THE TASTE: The taste is wonderfully pleasing, yielding softness, strenght, fruit, richness and minerals in a harmonious, pleasant and sensitive universe. The fresh, delicate, mentholy fruit on the finish remains with us for a long while. | |||||||||
| THE NOSE: The nose is full and generous. In full maturity - warm, soft buns and sorbet fruit - apple, pear, lemon ... spellbounding. Vanilla joins with liquorice, citronnella and anise in a happy dance. | |||||||||
| WINE/FOOD HARMONY: Oysters - Seafood gratin - Char lakefish in cream sauce with lobster caviar - Flaky pastry case with freshwater crayfish - Scallop and langoustine terrine with water cress - Scrambled eggs with asparagus tips - Knuckle of veal with with spring vegetables - Noodles with cèpe mushrooms - Cheese soufflé - Fresh and mature cheese - Cheese buns - Strawberries with fresh mint leaves - Mirabelle soufflé - Egg custard with apple jelly ... | |||||||||
